ARECE (Autonomous Racing ECE) is the first French Formula Student team in the autonomous category. Based at ECE Paris-Lyon, our team of 45 students designs and develops an onboard sensor plate to drive a competition vehicle in full autonomy.

Our mission
Training the next generation of autonomous driving engineers through a concrete, demanding and competitive project. We develop our entire software stack in open source, from perception to trajectory planning.
ECE
The École Centrale d'Électronique trains engineers specialized in electronics, computer science and embedded systems. Thanks to the school, students can take part in a hands-on project over several years.
